Preocupada com a alimentação saudável dos alunos do CEI Maria da Nazaré, pois voltaram para a Escola
com muita seleção e restrição de alimentos, Irmã Eulália convidou a Nutricionista Clínica, Karina Lacerda para ministrar uma palestra sobre a importância da alimentação saudável aos pais dos alunos do CEIMN.
A nutricionista trouxe os 10 passos para uma alimentação e estilo de vida saudáveis e abordou de forma clara os perigos da má alimentação. “É preciso que os adultos se alimentem bem, para serem exemplos para as crianças”, enfatiza Karina que acrescenta que a alimentação saudável na infância promove a saúde, o crescimento e o desenvolvimento da criança.
Pais e mães tiveram a oportunidade de fazerem perguntas para a nutricionista e tirarem suas dúvidas. Dica de como aumentar o consumo de água, para uma melhor hidratação, através de nunca deixar de carregar uma garrafa cheia, foi uma entre tantas dicas que foram sugeridas pela nutricionista.
